The 16th Annual Advanced Placement (AP) Practice Exams event is just around the corner, and it's essential to stay on track with the schedule. To ensure a smooth experience, participants must log in to the Zoom session no later than 12:30 pm. For security reasons, Zoom links will only be provided to registered teachers, who will receive details closer to the event date.

Teachers have the flexibility to coordinate the practice exam administration method that best suits their students' needs. However, it's crucial to note that direct Zoom links will not be shared with individual students. Instead, teachers should arrange for a group viewing of the online Scoring Session with their students, either in-class or through an alternative arrangement.

Regardless of when the practice exam is administered, attending the online Scoring Session as a group with the teacher is mandatory. Facilitators will provide answers to multiple-choice questions during the session, while the bulk of the time will be dedicated to discussing free-response problems.

For those participating online in the Scoring Session (12:30-2:30 pm), it's essential that students take the full practice exam in advance. Teachers and schools can choose how best to accommodate their students' needs, such as hosting an in-person exam on the morning of the event and following up with a Zoom viewing session in the afternoon.

The AP Practice Exams will be administered using 2019 Practice Exam (IPE) for both multiple-choice and free-response sections for AP Calculus AB and BC. In contrast, AP Statistics students will use the 2015 Practice Exam (IPE). Teachers are kindly reminded not to reuse this exam in any other coursework or exam preparation with their students.

This event is a hybrid experience, accommodating both in-person and online participants. The University of Arizona campus in Tucson will host in-person sessions, while online participants will join via Zoom. Registration is required for both options.

Thanks to the partnership between the Center for Recruitment and Retention of Mathematics Teachers (CRR), the Mathematics Department at the University of Arizona, and the Arizona Department of Education (ADE), this event is free for all Arizona students participating in AP Calculus AB, BC, or Statistics practice exams for the 2022-2023 school year.
